Denise Rossman:

As an Account Manager at Sentinel, Denise has been assisting customers in achieving a great quality product while providing them knowledge of the printing process for the past 14 years. With over 26 years in the industry, Denise’s unique perspective on printing challenges comes from working in many different areas of the industry. From Reception, Accounting, Bindery, and Customer Service, these experiences have helped her in communicating with and helping customers with all of their printing questions and needs. As a local native, Denise grew up in the St. Cloud area and enjoys camping, motorcycling, and snowmobiling with her family.

Teresa Backes:

Creative solutions and innovative approaches to printing projects is what Teresa, Account Manager, brings to Sentinel’s customer service department and to her customers. From graphic design to mailing and fulfillment, customers benefit from Teresa’s 20 years of customer service and printing experience. Teresa enjoys the care and pride the company has not only for its customers, but also for its employees, which has allowed Teresa to enjoy quality time with her three children, 2 of whom also work for Sentinel. One of her favorite pastimes is remolding her house and doing various woodworking projects.

Sue Titus:

Throughout the U.S., Sue has been helping customers with their printing challenges while providing each and every customer with a positive and helpful attitude. From West Virginia to Kansas, and back home again to Minnesota, Sue has spent 20 years in customer service assisting the printing industry. Sue’s attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond makes Sue an important asset to Sentinel Printing. In her free time Sue enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, boating, and traveling.

Susan Nordang:

Susan has perfected and honed her customer service skills in the printing industry for the last 17 years. As a Customer Service Representative, Susan is able to exhibit her extensive printing knowledge and create a rapport that keeps customers returning to Sentinel for their printing needs. Her commitment and dedication is evident to every customer she works with. When away from Sentinel, Susan enjoys fishing, gardening, and most of all spending time with her 3 sons.

Toni Weiler:

Toni has been an integral part of our customer service department as our Project Coordinator for the past 11 years. During her 18 years in the printing industry, Toni has used her creative talents and abilities to assist a wide variety of customers with their unique and specialized products. Finding innovative processes to produce quality orders is a strong passion of hers, along with making sure the customer is educated of the printing process and happy with their finished printed piece.
