The Ryobi 755 Press, our latest technology investment, provides brilliant five-color quality to a variety of printed materials.

At Sentinel Printing, we continually look for opportunities to improve our level of service to you. To that end, we recently installed a new Ryobi five-color sheetfed press. This installation offers many benefits for our customers, including improved color accuracy, faster turnarounds and greater stock selections.

Technology in Action
With an efficient sheet size of 23" x 29", this press is ideally suited for many popular applications, including book covers and text pages, annual reports, brochures and other marketing materials. The Ryobi 755 press has perfecting capabilities that allow it to print four-colors-over-one in a single pass, which enhances production efficiency for projects such as book covers.

The press is also equipped with CIP4 capability, which allows press settings to be transferred electronically directly from our prepress department. This results in faster makereadies with less paper waste. Additional time- and money-saving features include inline aqueous coating and IR drying, which eliminates the need for press powder and allows for faster handling of press sheets.

Planning Tip: Both aqueous coating and varnish can be used for spot coating applications. However, intricate spot coating masks, such as those for a logo, are easier to reproduce with varnish. To save time and ensure accurate registration, let us help you determine the best spot coating method for your application.
