Bindery Operator– 2nd Shift

Sentinel Printing, is looking for a motivated bindery operator to join our team on 2nd shift.

The Bindery Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation and maintenance of a variety of bindery equipment;  i.e. cutters, folders, stitchers, collators, laminator,  punches and miscellaneous smaller equipment pieces. 

The position requires a high school diploma or GED.  Sentinel is willing to train individuals who are motivated in learning a variety of equipment operations and have experience in the set up and operation of one or more large pieces of bindery equipment.

Compensation is based on experience and skills, and will be discussed during the interview process.  

Work hours for 2nd shift are:  M-TH, 3 PM to 1 AM.  Overtime may periodically be required.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Sentinel Printing is looking for a motivated production supervisor to join our team.

The Second Shift Production Supervisor oversees all functions on the second shift including prepress, sheet fed press, web press, bindery and shipping.    


  1. Education- High School diploma or equivalent                                  
  1. Licensing/Registration/Certification - None


Experience – Two years required.  Three to Five years preferred                                   

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities – demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications.  Read and speak English.  Has a working knowledge of the equipment in the production area. 

Compensation is based on experience and skills, and will be discussed during the interview process.   This is a salary exempt position. 

Work hours: 2nd Shift    M-Th  3 PM to 1 AM with flexibility expected, based on the needs of the operation.
