At Sentinel Printing, the primary goal of our sales and customer service teams is to move your projects through the pressroom without disruption. Our commitment to this goal begins by eliminating problems and delays during the proofing process, where we begin by analyzing each project in detail. Our customer service representatives compare your project specifications to the estimate to make sure they match. We then preflight your electronic data to ensure it contains everything necessary to produce your project without interruption. If there are any discrepancies between the specifications and the data needed to output film or plates, you will be notified immediately.

Communication between Sentinel Printing and our customers is crucial to delivering quality printed material. Our cutting-edge prepress technology is only the beginning of this core Sentinel belief.

Our computer-to-plate ability used by the prepress department at Sentinel enables us to deliver accurate proofs to customers and reduce makeready on the shop floor. Once proofs are approved, the computer-to-plate system takes project files and specifications from our customer service team and feeds them directly into the printing presses, eliminating time-consuming set-up and manual error. This allows for speedy turnaround on even the most detailed projects

Sentinel is able to accept files originating from either Mac or PC applications. Files are easy to upload using our secure FTP server. Mac users will need to use Fetch for Macintosh, and PC users will need to use Internet Explorer to facilitate uploads.
